In their workshop in the village of Boughton in Kent, Hot Glass techniques are used to create exciting and original pieces that can be both decorative and practical. They are put back into the kiln at a lower temperature on moulds or draped over forms to create the finished shape. Some panels are left flat; these are set in stands or framed, allowing the light to shine through the vibrant colours making the most of the intrinsic quality of the glass. The resulting pieces are highly individual and can never be repeated exactly. |
